Meet Dr. Yolimar Navas
With more than two decades of experience in dentistry and advanced international training in orthodontics, Dr. Yolimar Navas is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized, compassionate care. She believes every smile is unique and deserves an individualized approach that supports both long-term oral health and lasting confidence.
Originally from Venezuela, Dr. Navas earned her first dental degree from the Central University of Venezuela in 2002. After practicing general dentistry for 10 years, she pursued her passion for orthodontics by completing her specialty training at Universidad El Bosque in Bogotá, Colombia. Her broad clinical experience allows her to approach every patient’s smile from both a functional and aesthetic perspective.
Committed to providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Navas later earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine, graduating with High Honors in 2026. She is licensed to practice dentistry in Texas.
Dr. Navas enjoys caring for children and adults and has a special interest in braces, clear aligner therapy, dentofacial orthopedics, early orthodontic treatment, and cosmetic dentistry. She believes orthodontics is about much more than straightening teeth—it is about improving confidence, oral health, and overall quality of life.
Patients appreciate Dr. Navas for her warm, compassionate approach and the time she takes to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout treatment. As a Spanish-speaking dentist, she is proud to care for the diverse families of the Houston, Pearland, and West University communities.
Outside the office, Dr. Navas enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, Sofia. Together, they love traveling, discovering new places, and relaxing at the beach.
